The time taken to create a fully functional website depends on several factors Custom design work generally 1 – 4 weeks, depending on the design and the number of revisions you make. The development of the website requires another 2 – 6 weeks, depending on the number of pages, and the functionality built for the website. However, these are general guidelines, we will put every effort to complete the website within the specified timeframe.

It is difficult to quote an average price of designing a website, as different websites have different requirements. There are many, many factors that influence the ultimate cost of any given website. Generally, a website designer charges around $2,000 or more for a basic Web site, not including Web hosting fees.

We usually have an initial conversation on the phone, Skype, or WhatsApp to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over the email. This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can refer back to it later.

A fully customized, unique website design starts at $500, and page development is $50 – $75 each. Pricing for other services and functionality are outlined separately on our pricing page to help you determine and control the amount of your investment. We also provide our clients with a detailed estimate before any work begins.

It will depend on what type of website you need. We can discuss this on our initial call before we start working on your project. Depending on which package we agree and your requirements, we could need any or all of the following:

• Content for the website e.g. text, PDFs etc
• Staff Profiles
• Any Videos you would like adding to the website

Definitely! In fact, we ask our customers to do it. We design the website on our development server, and provide you with an URL so that you can monitor the progress of the website. During this phase, we encourage you to give us your feedback so that we can continue with the designing accordingly.

We give as much flexibility as we possibly can. After you have finalized the mock-up and we have started designing the website, we’ll complete up to 2 rounds of major revisions at no charge. All minor revisions are provided at no charge.

You’re in luck. We offer a risk-free guarantee. Before we start building your new website, we’ll design a few mock-ups of your homepage. We’ll design a layout in Photoshop first, that way you’ll get to see our initial designs within approximately ten days. This is your opportunity to give us feedback and if you really don’t like it, we will re-design the mock-ups again according to your feedback.

For small projects, 50% of the estimated fee must be paid to initiate the campaign, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project. For larger projects (of over $3999), an initial payment representing one-third of the estimated total fee is required. The second payment is required upon the halfway point, with the final third due upon completion of the project.

Its completely your choice. If you want to host the website in your servers, we can make the website like in your servers. If you want us to maintain and host the website, we can do that too.

Yes, we can definitely manage your website if you want us to. Our website maintenance packages start with USD150/m where we host the website and make small tweaks on the website for 30 mins a month.
