However, this refund policy is null and void if a discount is taken on the subscribed package or if any additional benefits are offered over and above the package benefits.

Cancellation of any service renewal should be done at least 20 days prior to the start of next billing cycle failing which coreIweb will charge for the next billing cycle.

A continuation of campaign to second month makes us believe that client is pretty much convinced and satisfied with the work progress. This makes the refund policy void in 2nd month of campaign progress. “It is the right of every client to have long-term, risk-free business relationship with us. That is why we stand by our words.

No refund shall be made in case of effect on service due to changes in ranking algorithm, policies or functionality of search engines.

Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information provide to us by the client. In case the URLs given by the client are incorrect, coreIweb will not be responsible for any man-days wastage and faulty output/results and in such case no refunds shall be made.

coreIweb will not be responsible for faulty SEO results if the client engages some other agency to work parallelly with coreIweb in anticipation of faster and better results. In such case no refund shall be made.

Number of times and rank of a website appearing in SERPs varies depending upon the keyword chosen, keyword indexed and quality of content in the website, and hence an immediate change in the search ranking is not guaranteed.

Any adverse effect on ranking due to changes in website content by the client or its third-party service provider will not be the responsibility of coreIweb and in such case no refund shall be made.

coreIweb reserves the right to change the above refund and cancellation policy at any given point without any prior notice.
